I've witnessed over time that one of the most impactful parts of my journey here, was and is the rooms I was in and 

the women gathered around me. 

Rooms of women who saw me.

they were not scared of me or for me, not intimidated by me, did not look down on me

they saw right to who I was, but also to who I was surely becoming

They weren't underestimating me- and it stopped my self doubt in it's tracks 

Those women spoke life over me and into me. 

They held me and my dreams and my family. 

They breathed courage into my family, my identity, and business and held me each time I came to them crying with yet another road block or celebrating another inch gained. 

They were not the village of old we all crave so deeply, but they were the circle I needed.

They circled my family. My marriage. My parenting. My business.

Most importantly- they circled around ME while I navigated all of that.

Circle Mastermind is a container for women to grow, heal, connect- and develop deep relationship and friendship. The kind with a cup of coffee and real hugs. The kind gathered through kleenex boxes, yoga mats, and walks. The kind where we will whisper back who you are if you start to forget. The kind where we have brave daring conversations about the things REALLY going on in our lives- for better or worse.

The kind of room where we don’t just talk about problems, but dream up and lay out solutions.

This is a circle where boundaries and expectations will be honored and spoken out loud while we honor capacity.

This is not a networking group. This is not a place to maybe meet a friend to half ass talk about weather at the park.

This is founded on women who crave DEPTH as much as laughter and are ready and willing to come into a container with intentionality and purpose to be in community together.

We used to live in tribes. 

And while I don't have the bandwidth to create a whole tribe for you like you deserve- 

I can create a circle. A room. 

A container where we intentionally come together as women to support each other. 

I may not be able to show up to clean your house or watch you kids or make dinner with you, 

but we can meet for coffee and talk about whats really going on in our lives. 

Hope filled hard stuff. Joy filled good stuff.

LIFE COACH AND MENTOR

I am a somatic life coach and mentor to moms. I have been a coach and entrepreneur for over 4 years and before that was a leader and held mom groups through nonprofit spaces. I crave and create spaces where other women in helping roles can gather together for DEPTH connection, community, and laughter.

I am a helper and healer who holds brave safe space for other helpers, healers, and leaders to be fully seen and supported in who they are and their humanity while also loving their ambitions. I fundamentally believe that when you are healthy and living in your values, capacity, and self leadership- everything you do is impacted.

Your business, motherhood, home, relationships, and health all matter and if you are the woman juggling all the plates- this is the space where YOU get cared for.

Here is a space of support where we can hold the messy and sacred and irreverent with open hands together. Where we can get far enough away from our daily lives that we remember how to BREATHE and gain perspective that has us returning with purpose.  

Holding and creating containers for my peers to thrive is one of my gifts as a coach and facilitator. I believe and practice what I preach. Circle is a room where we will create community with clarity around our purpose, intention, vulnerability, and boundaries.
